"The hotel service was great, they were very nice and friendly. The hotel room looked like it needed to be renovated. We didn't get the feeling that the room was very clean in regards to things like the carpet and chairs. It looked like just the minimum cleaning had been done, for example, bathroom was clean and clean sheets. We stayed with our children and I was uncomfortable with them walking on the carpet bare foot and sitting on the chairs. The chairs and sofa were visibly dirty."
